Sundays at Faith

We know that it can take time to feel comfortable in a church’s building and worship service. We’ve included information below to hopefully help you know what to expect when you walk through our doors.

Faith Conversations

Every Sunday morning, at 9:30am, adults are invited to join together for good coffee and conversation, in Kids Corner.  The pastor provides questions that help the group get to know one another and think about the interpretation and application the Scripture passage that will be basis of the sermon, during the Worship Service

Worship

Our Sunday morning worship services are the primary gatherings of FPC. Regular worship is vital to the life of a follower of Christ and is also a good introduction for someone exploring the claims of Christianity. Our services are rooted in biblical and historic patterns and practices, while being welcoming to the newcomer. Our custom is to preach consecutively through books of the Bible, and we partake of the Lord's supper every Sunday. We hope our worship will help all to draw near to our gracious Savior.

Nursery

Nursery and toddler care is provided during the entire worship service, although you may choose to come and go as needed. (Nursing moms may use the nursery room.) A Sure Foundation curriculum is used during worship for nursery and toddlers. The worship teams serve one Sunday each month for the year. All volunteers in the Children’s Ministry are active members at FPC and have passed a background check.

Children's Church

4K-1st Grade Children’s Church is provided during the worship hour for those children wanting to participate. Children start the service with their parents and then are dismissed after music. The curriculum is The New City Catechism. The teachers serve one Sunday each month for the year. All volunteers in the Children’s Ministry are active members at FPC and have passed a background check.
